Workday Consultant, HRIS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Consultant, HRIS (Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence
• Provide support and guidance to HR and other entities, supporting organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to optimize Workday configurations and perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with maintaining Workday security and integrations framework including ISU, ISSG, API, and Workday Web Services
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work independently
• Understanding of HR business processes
