Workday Core HCM Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Workday Core HCM Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform while collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance business processes and support integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and related functional areas based on business requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into functional and technical solutions within Workday
- Provide ongoing support for Workday integrations, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and support
- Experience with 2-3 additional Workday functional areas such as Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, or Recruiting
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday integrations with technical resources
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and calculated fields
- Experience with system testing, UAT, and Workday release management
