Workday Core HCM Senior Manager

Job Summary

As the senior-most technical authority, the full-time remote Workday Core HCM Senior Manager will manage the design, integrity, and evolution of foundational Workday configuration, ensuring scalability and operational coherence across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural steward for Workday Core HCM and Security design, ensuring long-term integrity and maintainability
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of complex foundational Workday functionality with enterprise-wide impact
• Establish governance practices to minimize configuration drift and technical debt while ensuring interoperability across various domains

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience owning and evolving Workday Core HCM architecture in complex enterprise environments
• 4+ years of experience in designing and governing Workday Security architecture, including domain security policies and audit considerations
• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams during large-scale Workday implementations
• Workday Core HCM and Security certifications strongly preferred
