Workday Data Conversion Architect

Job Summary

Leading the data conversion workstream, the full-time Workday Data Conversion Architect will coach junior consultants and manage the design and delivery of Workday projects while collaborating with functional architects and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments while partnering with Project Managers and Engagement Executives
• Develop solutions for project requirements and planning challenges by collaborating with other project areas
• Handle data mapping conversations and manage transformation work across multiple workstreams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
• Prior consulting experience required
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL skills preferred
• Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects
