Workday Data Conversion Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Data Conversion Lead - Federal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data conversion process for Workday implementations, including ETL, validation, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop conversion strategies
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations throughout the conversion process

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Workday Data Conversion Certification
• 5+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 3 years with Workday or similar ERP/HCM deployments
• Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and data quality assurance
