Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Department Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Workday projects, developing and executing test strategies, plans, and schedules
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to create and review detailed test scenarios and cases
  • Oversee defect management processes and provide reporting on test progress, results, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field with two years of statistical analysis experience, or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with six years of experience, or Associate's Degree with four years of experience, or Master's Degree with one year of experience
  • Experience in analyzing operational and financial functions
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and prepare reports
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
