Workday Deployment Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Deployment Support Consultant for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Workday testing efforts, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Serve as a subject matter expert across Workday modules and support Advanced Compensation build and testing
• Review and validate training materials and support change readiness efforts for end users

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, particularly in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning
• Proven experience leading or supporting Workday testing efforts in implementation or post-production environments
• Strong experience with Jira or similar issue/defect tracking tools
• Understanding of Workday integrations, including data flow and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
