Job Summary
To support ongoing enhancements in the Workday platform, the contract-to-hire Workday Developer - Missouri will work remotely, aligning with CST hours, and focus on HCM expertise, security role maintenance, and implementing prioritized initiatives for operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage Workday HCM and Security enhancements based on prioritized initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical teams to ensure quality implementations and documentation standards
- Adapt to Agile methodologies and maintain change management controls for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of Workday development experience, specifically in HCM and Security
- Proficiency in implementing and deploying Workday solutions, including configuration and reporting
- Experience with Agile methodology and sprint processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical implementations
- Familiarity with Tier 3 change management controls and documentation standards
