Workday EDM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDM Product Consultant (Workday Product).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday
• Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned to their needs
• Support junior team members and manage individual workloads effectively

Required Qualifications

• Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll)
• Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
• Consulting skills, including presenting and participating in workshops
• Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies
