Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Engineer to join their Talent & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Adaptive processes and connections with HCM, ensuring smooth operations between systems
• Configure and maintain data and analytics within Prism and enhance integrations with Workday Studio
• Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure system connections and updates meet organizational requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Workday technologies, particularly Adaptive and Prism
• Deep understanding of human capital knowledge, principles, and practices
• Strong relationship management skills to foster collaborative solutions
• Ability to analyze information and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
