Workday Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and external systems
• Build custom reports and APIs, and document integration designs and solutions
• Perform unit testing and ensure data security and compliance during data exchanges

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• 6+ years of Workday experience with strong knowledge in Workday HCM
• Hands-on experience with developer tools such as Studio, Oxygen, and Postman/SOAP UI
• Experience in developing custom APIs and using Workday integration tools like EIBs and Core Connector
• Knowledge of XML, XSLTs, and building complex Studio Integrations
