Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize the Workday platform across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy
Provide Tier 2 user support and create documentation for system processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information technology, or related field
2+ years of Workday experience in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
Experience with Workday reporting and ability to translate business requirements into system design
Familiarity with Workday EIB integrations is preferred
Background supporting ERP systems in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
