Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the ERP Architect - Workday will execute day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements, ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration and timely solutions while leading the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, and new feature deployments for post-production clients
- Collaborate with clients to strategize and advance post-production goals, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Lead the analysis, design, and configuration of Workday solutions, maintaining detailed documentation of processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting with direct client interaction in Workday Accounting Center
- Required Workday certification/skills in Accounting Center
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management in a managed services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration among diverse teams
