Workday ERP Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday ERP Platform Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Workday developers and analysts through the enhancement lifecycle and platform support activities
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Workday platform and affiliated systems, ensuring cross-functional engagement with various business departments
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver functional Workday solutions while aligning technology strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with cloud-based ERP systems, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development teams, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience in cloud-based platform System Administration
• 3+ years of experience with Workday products, with a preference for multiple product experience
• Familiarity with key accounting principles and advanced accounting concepts is preferred
