Workday ERP Training Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday ERP Training Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led training guides and video walkthroughs
• Support the execution of a training plan with defined timelines and deliverables
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training materials while collaborating with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Workday implementation experience, including 1 year as a Workday Trainer
• Experience leading training initiatives for a full-lifecycle Workday implementation
• Experience developing ERP or enterprise system training materials
• Strong familiarity with Workday (HCM and/or Finance preferred)
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
