Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Extend Developer (Performance & Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Workday Extend applications supporting performance management workflows
• Develop and implement Workday Studio integrations for recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
• Proven experience with Workday Extend, including custom applications and API integrations
• Strong experience building integrations using Workday Studio
• Workday Extend Certification (preferred)
• Workday Integrations Certification (preferred)
