Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Extend Developer, HCM Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Workday Extend applications and integrations within the HCM domain
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and APIs to support data exchange and system interoperability

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Workday development experience
• Advanced expertise in Workday Extend, including custom application development and API integrations
• Strong experience developing integrations using Workday Studio
• Solid understanding of HCM functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance Management)
• Workday Extend Certification is preferred
