Workday Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Finance Lead to provide business services for Higher Education clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as the client Financial Systems lead for a Workday ERP implementation project
• Co-lead tasks from planning through to design, testing, and delivery of business and technical solutions related to Grants Management
• Engage with project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of business-systems experience in FIN ERP systems
• 3+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience in a Sr. Consultant or Lead role
• Experience in leading the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials in lieu of Workday
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
• Proven track record of producing quality deliverables with minimal oversight
