Workday Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Workday Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional leader for Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses during implementation
• Own the Workday Financials roadmap and manage ongoing optimization post-deployment
• Lead data migration, compliance coordination, and testing strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Significant Workday Financials experience as a functional lead or senior consultant
• Workday certification(s) in Financials/Expenses/Procurement or Workday Pro preferred
• Familiarity with Workday EIB/Studio/Cloud Connect and experience with Adaptive Planning or similar tools
• Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS concepts and multi-entity/multi-currency operations
• Experience in data governance, security, and audit processes
