Workday Financial Architect

Job Summary

Leading the FINS workstream, the full-time Workday Financial Architect will coach junior consultants and manage the design and delivery of Workday projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments with clients based on Workday project experience
• Partner with Project Manager and Engagement Executive to plan project areas and develop solutions for challenges
• Assist in budgetary accountability and serve as the Area Architect for projects as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience
• Experience with Workday implementation and project management
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
