Workday Financial Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financial Senior Consultant to deliver projects and mentor newer consultants while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requirement meetings and run discovery sessions for Workday financial projects
• Lead workstreams including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components
• Mentor lower-level employees and contribute to internal business development and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials and/or 2.5-5 years of relevant experience in financial processes
• Prior consulting experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
