Job Summary

Workday Financial Consultant, a full-time position responsible for managing client projects, leading workstreams, and mentoring junior consultants while demonstrating expertise in Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requirement meetings and run discovery sessions for Workday financial projects
• Lead workstreams, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience
• Experience in Workday project implementation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and manage project activities
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
