Workday Financials Architect

Job Summary

Workday Financials Architect is a full-time remote position responsible for transforming business requirements into scalable solutions, leading application design and implementation, and optimizing core Workday ERP & HCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into scalable solution architecture and design specifications
• Lead the design and implementation of significant applications while optimizing core Workday ERP & HCM application suite
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure business needs align with strategic direction and project expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
• 10+ years of technology experience, particularly with Workday Financials
• Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery
• Proven track record as an architect, project manager, or developer
• Certificates demonstrating knowledge and competency in relevant areas
