Job Summary

Leading Workday Financials implementations and optimizations, the full-time remote Workday Financials Architect will design scalable solutions, provide strategic guidance, and mentor teams while aligning with client business objectives in Higher Education institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architecture for Workday Financials, ensuring compliance with business requirements and best practices
• Facilitate workshops and architecture reviews with executive stakeholders to guide solution design decisions
• Advise clients on financial governance and operational models, ensuring strong internal controls and audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in Workday Financials architecture and configuration
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, procurement, and revenue management
• Proven experience in leading solution architecture across multiple Workday Financials functional areas
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls within Workday
• Ability to translate client business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
