Workday Financials Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Architect to drive client value and manage complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers
• Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, proposing alternative solutions
• Lead medium to high-complexity projects through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leading Workday implementations or supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials and expertise in at least one additional module
• Proven ability to manage conflicting demands and lead full-lifecycle projects
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
• Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements
