Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design sessions for system configuration and define the Foundation Data Model (FDM)
Oversee data migration and mapping of legacy financial data into Workday
Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate financial controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one full lifecycle implementation
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Workday modules such as R2R and P2P
Experience in designing training materials and change management strategies
Ability to mentor and develop internal Workday SMEs
