Workday Financials Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Financials Engineer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development, deployment, and operational support for Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, requirements gathering, build, testing, and post-deployment support
• Maintain governance and documentation standards, contributing to the Workday configuration library and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financial modules and configuration
• Proficiency in Workday Security, User/Role management, and Business Processes
• Advanced reporting skills in Workday, including experience with Prism Analytics and Accounting Center
• Deep understanding of core finance processes such as Procure-to-pay and GL Accounting
• Familiarity with Workday release cycles and change control processes
