Workday Financials Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of Workday Financial Management
• Ensure alignment and integration between financial and other modules, such as HCM and Research Administration
• Act as the primary liaison for financial design decisions regarding state financial system integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• A minimum of seven years of experience in financial systems or ERP implementations in a large, R1 higher education institution
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management implementation and FDM design
• Deep understanding of core financial processes and controls
• Experience in a matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders
