Workday Financials Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional leader for Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses during implementation
• Own the Workday Financials roadmap post go-live, managing backlog and value realization
• Lead workshops and testing phases, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a functional lead or senior consultant in Workday Financials, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation
• Workday certification(s) in Financials/Expenses/Procurement or Workday Pro preferred
• Familiarity with Workday EIB/Studio/Cloud Connect and experience with Adaptive Planning or similar tools
• Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS concepts and finance operations
• Experience with data governance, security, and audit processes
