Workday Financials Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Client-Side Workday Financials Project Manager, this remote full-time position will manage the implementation of Workday Financial Management, serving as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, internal teams, and the implementation partner while ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-side project management lead for the Workday Financials implementation
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A leadership to understand business requirements and priorities
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and Workday Financials design decisions, helping stakeholders understand dependencies and tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or managing enterprise Workday Financials implementations
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes related to Workday Financial Management
• Experience with general ledger, financial close, financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement
• Ability to engage both Finance leadership and Workday functional and technical teams effectively
• Strong project management experience across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication
