Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financials Functional SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions for system configuration and business process definition
• Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Workday modules like Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Experience in developing training materials and change management strategies
• Ability to mentor and support departmental power users
