Workday Financials Systems Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary functional owner of Workday Financials, the remote Workday Financials Systems Manager will manage system enhancements, operational stability, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Workday Financials enhancements
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and analytics to support Finance visibility and decision-making
• Drive continuous process improvement through automation and adoption of new Workday features and capabilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in a production environment
• Deep hands-on expertise in Workday Financials configuration and functional design
• Strong experience partnering directly with Finance and Accounting teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Solid understanding of Workday Security and Business Process Frameworks
