Job Summary
Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, the remote Workday Functional Analyst will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Workday Compensation and Learning modules in a contract role lasting approximately four months with a high possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement Workday Compensation and Learning modules
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions that enhance the employee experience
- Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday configurations and support deployment activities
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, specifically Compensation and/or Learning modules
- Understanding of compensation administration processes, including merit planning and salary structures
- Strong knowledge of learning management processes, including compliance training and curriculum management
- Experience with configuration migration, testing, and production support activities
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex business requirements effectively
