Workday Functional Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Workday Functional Analyst I will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, validation, training, and support of the Workday application, while also maintaining system configuration and identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain system configuration to support process workflows and implement modifications
• Drive the deployment of feature releases and conduct system maintenance to meet functional requirements
• Coordinate and execute communications and training for application users, while developing educational tools for system updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage both planned and unplanned responsibilities
• Analytical ability to solve business and technical problems
• Capacity to complete required application training and learn new technologies
