Workday Functional Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Workday Functional Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, validation, training, and support of the Workday application, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance system functionalities and meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain system configuration, implementing modifications and enhancements as needed
• Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance to ensure functional requirements are met
• Coordinate and execute training for end-users on application updates and changes

Required qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in learning and using new technologies
• Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems
