Workday Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, reports, and tenant setup
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Workday functional consulting, HRIS, or Workday administration experience
- Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes and reporting
- Strong testing experience, including SIT, UAT, and defect management
- Workday certification(s) preferred
