Workday Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Workday Functional Consultant will configure and maintain Workday business processes, analyze business requirements, and support enhancements across Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, reports, and tenant setup
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Workday functional consulting, HRIS, or Workday administration experience
- Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes and security settings
- Strong testing experience, including SIT, UAT, and defect management
- Workday certification(s) preferred
