Workday Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Partnering with HR and business stakeholders, the remote Workday Functional Consultant will configure, test, and support Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting solutions to enhance business processes and improve the associate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, reports, and tenant setup
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Workday functional consulting, HRIS, or Workday administration experience
- Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes, security, and reporting
- Strong testing experience, including SIT, UAT, and defect management
- Workday certification(s) preferred
