Workday Functional Consultant
Job Summary
To support ongoing enhancements and production issues, the remote Workday Functional Consultant will configure business processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and manage testing and validation for Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting functionalities on a long-term contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and tenant settings
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and document configurations
- Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support Workday releases and continuous improvements
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Workday Functional Consulting, HRIS, or Workday Administration experience
- Strong experience with Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Hands-on configuration skills in Workday
- Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
- Workday Certification preferred
