Workday Global Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Workday Global Payroll Consultant, a full-time position, is responsible for designing and deploying international payroll solutions that integrate Workday with third-party payroll providers, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for global payroll design and configuration in Workday to support third-party payroll models
• Collaborate with integration teams and global payroll vendors to ensure alignment on payroll data flows and processing requirements
• Support global payroll testing cycles and provide post-go-live support to stabilize payroll operations and optimize integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in global payroll, HCM consulting, or payroll transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Workday deployments integrated with third-party payroll providers
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll components for third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll considerations, inputs, outputs, and data dependencies
• Experience working with global payroll vendors and supporting payroll testing and multi-country deployments
