Workday Global Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

To support the design and deployment of international payroll solutions, the remote Workday Global Payroll Consultant will manage global payroll design, translate business requirements into payroll process designs, and configure Workday Payroll components in collaboration with third-party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for global payroll design and configuration in Workday
• Collaborate with integration teams and global payroll vendors to ensure alignment on data mapping and processing expectations
• Support global payroll testing cycles and provide post-go-live support to stabilize payroll operations

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in global payroll, HCM consulting, or payroll transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Workday deployments integrated with third-party payroll providers
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll components for third-party payroll integrations
• Strong understanding of payroll inputs, outputs, and multi-country payroll considerations
• Experience supporting payroll testing and multi-country or global deployments
