Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage core Workday HCM modules including Absence, Benefits, and Payroll
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues while guiding end users for effective usage
• Collaborate with teams to implement new functionalities and maintain custom reports

Required Qualifications

• In-depth experience with Workday HCM, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Understanding of systems, people, and processes
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive and collaborative approach to user support and problem-solving
