Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HRIS Workday Analyst will implement, maintain, and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functionalities, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve enhancement requests and design scalable solutions in partnership with HRIS Product Owners and business stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionalities, including business processes, reports, integrations, and analytics
  • Manage HRIS support cases and develop user guides to improve the employee and manager user experience
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of technical experience supporting Workday HCM across various modules
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, including business processes and reporting frameworks
  • Advanced experience in developing Workday reporting and analytics solutions
  • Experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting, preferably with Workday Studio
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
