Workday HCM Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Architect to guide clients through discovery, design, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting solutions for large, complex projects and manage project teams
• Design and implement Workday HCM solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM solutions, including upgrades and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Academic studies or equivalent work experience in a practice-related discipline
• Deep knowledge of practice offerings and services with experience in multiple modules of the product suite
• Prior experience delivering consulting solutions for large, complex projects
• Workday implementer certification in a practice-related discipline
• Experience leading key work streams and mentoring others
