Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Workday HCM Consultant, the successful candidate will lead implementations, mentor junior consultants, and provide strategic advisory services to clients, ensuring optimal use of their Workday investment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of global Workday solutions, transforming business requirements into live implementations
• Conduct interactive sessions with clients to understand their needs and recommend best practices and creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing project scope, quality, and timelines to ensure excellence in delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading Workday HCM implementations from the partner side
• Deep expertise in at least one Workday specialty and advanced knowledge in at least two others
• Proven leadership skills managing workstreams through the entire project lifecycle
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence diverse audiences
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the year)
