Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ES Workday Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Workday HCM system requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules and conduct gap analysis for HR process improvements
• Support user acceptance testing, develop training materials, and provide post-implementation support

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• Knowledge of data migration processes, including mapping, validation, and transformation
• Ability to stay updated with Workday release updates and new features
• Experience in developing project documentation such as functional specifications and training guides
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants and project managers
