Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client workshops to gather and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
• Assist with configuring Workday functionality under the guidance of senior consultants
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Workday HCM experience, including implementation or Phase X support
• Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning preferred
• Familiarity with Workday configuration and implementation concepts
• Interest in Talent, Recruiting, or Learning processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred
