Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM & Compensation Package Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation modules
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and support system architecture
• Lead planning, requirements gathering, testing, and post-implementation support activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday Package Consultant or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Workday tools such as Workday Studio and Cloud Connect
