Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to join their Workday Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide production support for HCM and related modules post go-live
Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and production efforts based on their business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain project status updates

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm
Experience leading at least one Workday Phase 1 implementation for the HCM workstream
Workday HCM Core Certification with implementer access and knowledge in at least two additional modules
Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
