Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant (Production Support & Implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support across Workday HCM modules and assist payroll administrators
• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations, leading data conversion and testing activities
• Design and lead Workday integrations with third-party systems and provide post go-live support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules
• Proven experience in production support and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday implementations or migrations
• Familiarity with data conversions, UAT, SIT, and production cutover planning
